Pick up and drop off points are: 

Binghamton - 120 Hawley Street

Elmira - 1100 Clemens Center Parkway (Jubilee Plaza)

Great Bend - 3307 10th Street (McDonald's)

 

Our primary pick up and drop off point in Binghamton has a private parking lot with security cameras and security guards on staff. The building has a very large lobby with ample seating which will be open 60 minutes prior to departure. Complimentary bottled water, snacks, and various juices will be available to bring on board with you. All snacks provided are made right here in our area by local businesses.

Seating is assigned by Maggie's at the time of booking. Guests can request an area of the bus they would like to be seated in. Seating assignments are subject to change so that all parties may be seated together. In the rare instance that seating assignments would need to be changed guests would be notified prior to departure.

Maggie's assumes no liability for theft or damage to any vehicle or its contents. We start boarding 15 minutes before departure time. You should arrive 30 minutes before departure time.

Return times are not guaranteed, due to weather, traffic and other things beyond our control. All tours are non-smoking, we do however make regular rest stops. You are welcome to bring a small ice chest on board, no carry-on alcohol. Gratuities to company drivers and escorts, because of their personal natures, should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis.

Maggie's acts solely as an agent in all matters related to the tour, and is not liable for damage, injury, loss or accident to any person or to baggage or other personal property you may damage, lose, misplace or believe stolen while on tour. We reserve the right to reroute or change any itinerary or make substitutions of equal value should conditions warrant.  

NO SHOW on day of departure NO REFUND!

No refunds are issued unless the trip is cancelled or your seat can be resold by Maggie's. Maggie's reserves the right to cancel any trip and we are not responsible for any tickets to events, attractions, etc purchased by the customer on their own. We are not  not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstance resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements. Approximately five days prior to departure, you will be contacted regarding final tour information, confirming amount paid and your boarding location; as well as luggage tags, itinerary changes, and other appropriate information. Be advised that it is also at this time (5 days prior to departure) that a decision will be made as to if a trip will be departing or not due to low sign ups. 

The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for the tour shall constitute passenger’s consent to the above provisions.
